DIY Reusable Ice Pack - The combination of water and rubbing alcohol makes a fabulous moldable ice pack that can be conformed to wherever your owie is!

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1.5 cups Rubbing Alcohol
  • 1 Gallon Size Freezer Ziploc
  • Optional: Drops of Food Coloring, if you’re really feeling fun!
This doesn't freeze solid so it is moldable around the injured area.

What You’ll Do:
  • Add Water and Rubbing Alcohol to Freezer Ziploc, and zip up the bag.
  • Optional:  Drop in some drops of Food Coloring if you’re in a wild mood and want a color-tinted ice pack!
  • Place flat in Freezer, and freeze.  {you can also double bag this for extra strength if you’d like}
  • Whenever you need an ice pack, it will be waiting for you… just pull it on out of the freezer!
  • The combination of water and rubbing alcohol makes a fabulous moldable ice pack that can be conformed to wherever your owie is!
