The Health Benefits of Seeds
I love all of these! I eat the sunflower and pumpkin raw but the others are too small. I add the rest to my veggie smoothies. The veggies smootihies make me feel awesome. No comparison with taking vitamin supplements. I really believe you have to get it from the food you eat for it to be really effective. You can add all of these to breads, salads, whatever! Show your body some love!
